Lose the Weight by Doing this One Simple Thing!

lose the weightYep, it’s safe to say that life is busy.  I totally get that.  These days I often feel like I”m running around like a chicken with my head cut off.  Seriously.  Except I don’t look that great in feathers.  And I don’t taste good basted or roasted….

So, how on earth do we get our workouts done and lose the weight when we’re so freaking busy?  Some days I think I’m lucky that I remembered to put clean underwear on and brush my teeth, that is how hectic my life is.  Are six-pack abs and skinny asses only for the ones who don’t have a life?  Nope. I think not.  Do you have to settle for thunder thighs and blobby tits just because you’re busy?  Nope.  Not a chance.

So What DO you do to lose the weight?

If you truly do want to change your life and lose the weight, then you have to do this one simple thing.  Actually, you have to do a lot of things, but this is definitely one of them.

So here’s the deal.  If you are serious about wanting changes , you have to do this.  If you’re really busy but still want to lose the weight, you have GOT to do this.

There is probably a good chance that your schedule is not going to ease up any time soon, so in order to achieve the goals that you so desire,  in order to lose the weight and get feeling good again, you have got to do this!!  It can be done, but it will have to take some creativity on your part.

Stuff those workout clothes into your backpack or brief case along with some deodorant and be prepared to sneak in that workout in wherever you can.  You don’t have to have a 90 minute sweat fest either.  Give yourself 30 good quality minutes of huffing and puffing and you will feel better for it.

Do it at the gym at work, do it outside on your lunch break after a Shakeology!  Wipe those pits off and get back into life again.

Hit the pavement when your kids are at piano lessons.  Just do it!

And don’t forget, P90X3 and T25 are BOTH only 30 minutes long so there is NO EXCUSE!
