Hi everyone, my name is Jody Zarn and I’d like to welcome you to my page! Some people call me Zarno, but you can call me whatever you want.
I am a jack of all trades and I although I tell people that I’m only 25 years old, the truth is, I’m over 40. I used to think that getting older was a bad thing, but the thing is–the joy of being 40 is all the lessons you learn along the way. Honestly, I think I was a bit of a dumbass in my 20′s. I said and did things that make me just shake my head now. But that is why experience is such a blessing. It’s the lessons and experiences we gain along the way that make our lives richer.
To me, women are like a fine wine; we just get better with age. But in order to get better, we have to do the right things, which means looking after ourselves. We are workers and givers. We get the job done! But at the end of the day, we need to make sure that our bodies and souls are nourished with the right kind of fuel, physical and spiritual to make sure that we are also living an abundant life.
This blog is about just that. I believe that it is vital that we take care of ourselves and live rich and abundant lives so that we are happy, healthy and passionate people even after we are over 40. But it takes work! And that is why I am here! I am here to share the lessons I’ve learned over the years with you–so you too can live life to the fullest!
